Progetto Giovani Talenti Italo~Cinesi

Italy, as the birthplace of the European Renaissance, boasts a long history and splendid culture. It is rich in music and fine arts educational resources, with 84 public conservatories, 31 public academies of fine arts, and dozens of private art institutions specializing in music, fine arts, and design, having nurtured numerous world-renowned artists.

The Progetto Giovani Talenti Italo-Cinesi is an overseas art exchange program jointly launched by the China Education Federation of The Arts and Uni-Italia. The program originated from the "Global Music Education League" established in 2018, aiming to promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Italian art education and to cultivate outstanding Chinese artistic talents. The Progetto Giovani Talenti Italo-Cinesi has signed cooperation agreements with 25 Italian conservatories and 15 Italian academies of fine arts and design. Since its inception, the program has sent hundreds of Chinese students to further their studies in Italian higher art institutions. It organizes over ten expert masterclasses and academic lectures annually in both China and Italy, regularly holds the Concorso Internazionale di Esecuzione Musicale "Turandot" and the Progetto Giovani Talenti Italo-Cinesi Summit Forum in both countries, and promotes cooperative projects between numerous Chinese higher art institutions and Italian counterparts.
